Born & raised in Atlanta GA, learned how to cook from my Mom, and how to grill from my Dad. I loved Tabasco sauce at an early age. My brother and I would have Jalapeno eating contests, and in those days (the 70's) nobody heard of Habaneros or anything hotter. I have grown Datil, Jalapeno, Habanero, Ghost, Trinidad Scorpion and now Carolina Reaper peppers in my garden out back, and all my friends love my fresh salsa. I'm always looking for the next level of heat and flavor.
