Bootlikker Hot Sauce Review

bootlikker hot sauce review

Recently, a Georgia based hot sauce company, Bootlikker Hot Sauce, reached out to us to test out some of their sauces. We happily accepted the offer. On first impression, the sauce has a classic Tabasco color and consistency, though it pours a lot nicer in my opinion.

The smell, Oh the smell…

If you like a strong, vinegary sauce, this one’s for you. Usually, sauces that have a strong vinegar base do not appeal to me, but for some reason, I can’t get enough of this one. Maybe it’s that tequila that the sauce is made with. It’s pretty intoxicating.

Sweet and Tangy Heat

The combination of Cayenne and Jalapeno peppers give this sauce a great kick. Not too much at all, though if you eat enough your lips will start to tingle a bit.

You Want This On Your Tacos And Hot Wings. Now.

Tequila and hot sauce were made for tacos. Combine the two and you have a great sauce with a welcome smell, mild heat, and that classic Louisiana Georgia hot sauce flavor.

Ingredients: Cayenne Peppers, Vinegar, Tequila, Jalapeno Peppers, Garlic, Onions, Water, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Benzoate (To Preserve Freshness and Flavor), Spices, Citric Acid and Soybean Oil.
